To provide Daydream, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Data: your email address, username, and authentication identifiers when you register or sign in.
• User Content: the characters you create, your prompts, and the messages and conversation history you generate in the Service.
• Payment Data: if you subscribe, billing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive limited transaction details (such as plan and status) but never your full card number.
• Usage & Device Data: IP address, device and browser information, and how you interact with the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and provide the Service, generate AI character replies, maintain your account and chat history, process payments, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI Processing of Your Conversations

To generate character replies, your messages and relevant conversation context and memory are sent to AI model providers that process them on our behalf. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial, health, or government identifiers) in your chats.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run Daydream:

• Service providers: cloud hosting and database services (Google Firebase and Google Cloud), our payment processor, and AI model providers, acting on our instructions.
• Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual chats or your entire account at any time; we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Daydream uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function correctly.
