These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Daydream (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Daydream is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using Daydream you represent that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.
Daydream lets you create and chat with AI-generated characters and companions. Characters, their personalities, and their messages are fictional and produced by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, do not represent real individuals, and their responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits or enforcement.

The Service produces AI-generated content that is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
You retain ownership of the characters, prompts, and other content you create ("User Content"). You grant Daydream a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use your User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms.
Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Daydream and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to use the Service except as expressly permitted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daydream and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
